These Free Trial Terms and Conditions ("Free Trial Terms") govern your access and use of the Sellventory Management System by iSoftExpert during the free trial period.

1. Trial Period

The free trial is offered for a limited period (e.g., 14 or 30 days) as specified at the time of sign-up. It begins upon successful registration and access. At the end of the trial, access will be restricted unless a paid subscription is activated.

2. Eligibility

Available to new users only; cannot be combined with other promotions. iSoftExpert reserves the right to determine eligibility and terminate trials at its discretion.

3. Scope of Services

Trial users have access to selected features only. Technical support is limited to designated channels.

4. No Payment Required

No payment required to start. Billing information may be collected, but charges apply only if the user upgrades after the trial.

5. Data Use & Retention

Trial data may be retained temporarily after the trial ends. If no upgrade occurs, data may be deleted per iSoftExpert’s data retention policy.

6. Termination

iSoftExpert may terminate or suspend your trial at any time without notice. You may discontinue at any time by ceasing use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The system is provided "as is" during the trial. iSoftExpert is not liable for any damages arising from use during the trial.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Marketing communications may be sent, with an option to opt out at any time.

9. Transition to Paid Plan

You may upgrade to a full subscription during or after your trial. Standard Terms of Service and General Policies will apply upon upgrade.
